Built from young, intelligent, professional and presentable employees, we don’t expect our team to see Five Star Staff as a job, rather an experience. Our team is all connected through age, education and interests alike. 

We pride ourselves on the team culture we have built. 

In doing so and maintaining this culture we have strict protocol for employment recruitment and training. 

All our employees must have an up to date RSA and food handling certificate. Along with this all our employees must have had previous experience in all, Bar staff, table service, tray service and more. A strict hour introduction on basic foundations of front of house hospitality along with two shifts shadowed by a supervisor/ team manager is what is required to join the team at Five Star Staff. We believe our standard operating procedure encompasses our professionalism that we always strive towards.
